Macroperforation uses many components that are necessary to change over time. The best known example are hammers and dies.<\/p>\n

Though we use some of the best and most durable materials, maintenance and spare part management of the various parts is essential for proper production and to ensure reliable and long equipment life.<\/p>\n

Many components are not specific to our systems, but compatible to the most common macro drilling systems in use today. Our spare parts, however, when used and maintained properly, can last on average five times longer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

We have been in the fibrillation market since the 1950s and have been providing our customers worldwide with quality solutions for their specific needs ever since. Miatex began by creating rollers with fibrillating “track” bars. “Ingot” bars, cylinders, and pin bars (thread guides) were then developed.<\/p>\n

Fibrillation has several fields of application, and recently new developments have increased its number. Our workings always from metals such as bronze, steel and brass are suitable for the sectors of textile industry for non-wovens, ropes, artificial grass and many other applications such as carpet backing, nets, hay bale ropes etc.<\/p>\n
