Recently, the series have been modernized making compact, safe and easy to use models! With different levels of customization such as single or dual stations, with basic and professional slitting groups, the new models look like excellent and competitive solutions, or “entry-level” slitters.

We design and manufacture unwinding/rewinding machines to support and optimize the process work of the various technologies offered. Complete systems, offline and stand-alone but with the possibility of custom modular design, or to include multiple material processing units.

In 2023, we overhauled of older models that reflect the same function as a machine designed to accommodate our micro- or macro-perforating, longitudinal cutting and pre-cutting or laser units, to mention a few, but with modernized technology, compact design, equipped with safety systems according to current standards and with blade and/or scissor slitting group as an option.

Independent module solutions can also be provided, thus with separate rewinder, unwinder and processing module making the model easily adaptable to any future needs.

Our unwinders/rewinders are designed to handle reels bigger than Ø1000mm of any width, with single or double pull control and web guiding system. Upon request, we can provide additional optional extras such as pneumatic expansion shafts of different sizes, lifting platforms, safety laser measures and with a state-of-the-art level of technology that is even more necessary today to better meet specific customer requirements.

New Stand Alone machine versions are capable of operating even as just an “entry level” slitter with an extremely competitive price!
