MULTI-CUT LONGITUDINAL

The Panther 100 Cutting Machine, is designed to create longitudinal cuts by means of a toothed circular blade system. The number of blades mounted on the machine as well as the material of construction varies according to specific requirements. The Panther 100 machine can be adapted for Microperforation by replacing the blades with needle cylinders.

A practical and easy-to-use solution for a virtually infinite number of cutting patterns. A well-known example of a product is cut paper-cardboard for packaging.

PANTHER100 MULTI-CUTTING MACHINE

The P100 is a motorized unit for longitudinal cutting of moving film. It is designed to work on most machines or production lines.

The drill roller is mounted with rows of steel and toothed circular blades, which can be installed at a minimum distance of 5mm between them. A natural fiber contrast roller supports the cutting process. The Panther100 can produce slits up to a length of 15mm. The shape, number of teeth, and their size are custom-made as needed.

Our standard blades can be steel, stainless steel, and coated with carbon, titanium, or both. An integrated penetration adjustment system regulates the depth of blade penetration into the film. The unit is designed as a host machine and is generally compatible with all production lines. A roller with few blades is used for applications such as easy opening for juice or pre-cut nets. More blades are needed for applications such as plastic film for protecting vegetables or cut-cardboard paper used as protection inside packages.
